Registration Policy
Certification Courses
We are required to order exams 2 weeks in advance of water and wastewater certification courses. Therefore, we ask that all registrations are completed 14 days prior to the commencement of the first day of class.
Additional exams may be ordered; if the registration deadline is missed, please call 306-381-4766 to speak to Dawn and she may be able to accommodate your request.
Workshops
We can accommodate workshop registrations until the day before the event.
If you are late in registering, please call Dawn at 306-381-4766 and she will let you know if we have room for walk-ups at the event.
Cancellation Policy
Certification Courses
If cancellation is 14 days or more ahead of certification courses, a full refund will be available.
Any cancellation less than 14 days before the start date will result in a credit being held for the student or community to use for future registrations.
Workshops
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the workshop in order to receive a full refund.
Any cancellation less than 7 days will result in a credit being held for the student or community to use for future registrations.
