Joni did a wonderful job conveying her extensive knowledge to us over the course of our 3 day class. It made my learning experience very enlightening and was very pleased she took the time to ensure each and every one of us had a proper understanding. She was extremely efficient with her class time and I appreciate her constant optimism.

Joni is a passionate educator in a subject matter that sees few be passionate about. She combines terrific class control skills with a great sense of humour and a seemingly no nonsense approach to administer a wealth of knowledge upon her students without leaving anyone behind. Joni has more confidence in her pupils than the pupils have in themselves. She is fun, contagiously energetic and she possesses a wealth of back history and employment that a class picks up on early as they learn this educator knows her subject matter and can deliver it in a nonchalant and professional manner. With Joni’s help I completed level I, II, III and IV of Waste Water Collection without ever having to write a final exam a second time. I strongly recommend Joni as an instructor to deliver subject matter to waste water collection, water supply and waste water treatment personnel.

The RM of Edenwold received a comprehensive safety audit from Advanced Municipal Solutions that was presented in a clear, professional, and concise manner. It was most importantly submitted in a document that will allow us to track our progress over time. Dawn’s work will provide our municipality with the foundation to continue improving our Occupational Health & Safety Program. We would work with Advanced Municipal Solutions again!

Truly amazing, good examples and stories. Kept it interesting. Explanations and teaching style was on point. I wish I would of had an instructor like this in the trades.

Our trainer prepared us so well for the test. She made herself available for us to ask questions even after hours. It’s a lot of content in a short time but she made sure to work through it and made sure everyone had a grasp of things before moving on.

Very pleased with the training and how the day went. Loved having the small group and the natural ability to talk about different experiences and the planned training curriculum. It was a great atmosphere for training.

Dawn has been, and is, consistently awesome! She was generous and engaging, first inviting our production team into the City of Saskatoon drinking water lab for the career attraction project I co-led for Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba. In years following, Dawn was thoughtful and diligent in Alberta’s C2H Initiative needs analyses/job task analysis work AND as designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) doing oversight for the proof-of-concept use of applied video tutorials to illustrate how rich media can be deployed to assure consistent drinking water testing in rural and remote municipalities, First Nations communities and Metis Settlements.

Dawn is a great presenter a very knowledgeable and professional water and waste water instructor. As an operator who needed a bit of an extra help with the multiple guess questions on the required exams, Dawn spent a few hours assisting me with the problem area’s I had in the water/waste water documents. Thanks to her help I passed a recent exam with high passing grade. Myself as a first nations person I find her to be culturally sensitive and as mentioned before professional. Would highly recommend her and AMS for training in water and waste water without hesitation.
